When will my order arrive?

Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be shipped within 7-14 days, as all of our items are printed upon ordering.  Our standard shipping method is USPS Ground Advantage with generally has a processing time of 3-5 days depending on your location.  We ship all of our orders from California.  Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 14 days to arrive once shipped. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.  If you have any questions regarding the tracking of your order please do not hesitate to reach out to us at spinnermation@gmail.com for further assistance.  Please be sure to check your spam or junk email folders, as sometimes they are mistakenly delivered to this inboxes. 

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at spinnermation@gmail.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via spinnermation@gmail.com we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Can I alter my order?

Yes.  If you'd like to alter your order in some way, please contact us at spinnermation@gmail.com for further assistance. As long as we haven't already shipped your order, we can accomodate most requests.  

What countries do you ship to?

We offer worldwide shipping.  All shippping is calculated and based on weight and package sizing.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item(s) you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. All shipping costs are calculated by weight and package size, and shipping totals will be displayed at checkout.


How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer service team via spinnermation@gmail.com to discuss returning your item(s) should the need arise. 

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via spinnermation@gmail.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours.

If you need further assistance on how to view the animation of your spinner, please review the instructions included with each item.  If additional assitance is needed, do not hesitate to reach out to spinnermation@gmail.com, or DM us on any of our social media platforms (@apyrodesign) and we will be happy to further assist.  We are passionate about our spinners, but understand that they may take a bit of time to master.  We are here to help!

If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition.  Return shipping will be at the shippers expense, and a refund for the item(s) will be issued once your return is received.  Please let us know that you will be returning the items, prior to doing so, so that we can anticipate their arrival in the mail.
